Creating Content to Attract Visitors

Now we come to the most important part of the process - creating your web site's content. There are some shortcuts which I will point out that will hurt you in the long run.

The most common ways to build our site is to:

• write your own content
• pay others to write content for you
• use Site Build It!

The most common way NOT to build your site it to:

• copy other people's articles and put them on your site
• buy PLR's (Private Label Articles) cheap [ buy the expensive one's not the cheap one's]

Here's why you shouldn't be using the above two methods to make your presence known on the Internet.

So, now that you know how not to do it, let's learn about how to do it the proper and most effective way.

Have you thought about what you're going to accomplish with your web site? If your aim is to make some money from it, then you will need to sell something. If yu dont have anything of yur own to sell, then sell someone else's stuff. This is the most effective way for a newcomer to start learning the ropes of Internet business without spending a lot of time and money coming up with your own product, which may or may not sell well.

Selling othe people's products is called being an affiliate. So, here are some steps to become a good affiliate.

STEP 1: Set a Goal

A journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step! Similarly, you must have a goal - something that yu would like to achieve, let's say to achieve $250 in your first month as an affiliate. Dont worry if the number seems small, start small, then grow. Dont aim for something so big that it becomes a daunting task and you become discouraged.

STEP 2: What's Your Niche?

What do you know that most people dont know? Dont say you dont know much. Research has shown that people do know a thing or two in depth but have a lack of confidence in their own ability.
